A booking site for a healthcare practice.
Mission
Let patients book the right doctor at the right time without calling the front desk.
Challenge
Patients of every age use the site, often on older phones. Bookings must never clash and reminders must arrive.
Approach
Large type, three-step booking, live slot checks on the server and SMS or WhatsApp reminders.
